Group Classes

Group classes are an hour long, coach lead structured class. The format includes mobility, strength, and conditioning. Every workout is programmed in-house and written by Coach Chad. This allows for a more personalized approach to the programming, rather than a "one sized fits all".

Group classes are for members of all ages and abilities. Every workout can be scaled to fit every members need, while stilling hitting the desired stimulus. Here's an example of what that may look like!

Programed movement- Box Jumps
Recommended- jump to a 24" box for men, jump to a 20" box for women
Possible Scaling options
1. Jump to a shorter box
2. Do not jump, but rather step up on a box
3. Jump onto a plate
4. Step on to a plate
5. Hop over a line on the floor

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is just as important as fitness when it comes to maintaining overall health and wellness. Nutrition coaching consists of meeting every two weeks (in-person or virtually). The structure consists of logging and tracking food, calculating your macros, supplement and nutrient education, and more. Whether your goals include enhancing your performance in the gym, or focusing on weight loss, our guidance can get you there.
