Our onboarding process is designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to get started! An onboarding session includes:

• 1 hour one-on-one session with a coach to introduce you to our class structure, coaching syle, and foundational movements

• A consultation to discuss your goals and how we can help you achieve them

• A tour of our facility

$50 non-refundable fee. However, if you sign up, the $50 goes towards your first months membership!
