SATURIA DAYKIN Coach

With over five years of experience coaching group fitness, Saturia is passionate about helping athletes build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that extend beyond the gym. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with experience leading bootcamp, strength and conditioning, HIIT, and endurance classes for athletes of all fitness levels.

Originally from Gaylord, Michigan, Saturia recently relocated to the lakeshore area and is excited to continue coaching and to be part of the Rebel Health and Fitness community. She believes that fitness should be both challenging and enjoyable, creating an environment where members feel supported while pushing themselves to become stronger every day.

Outside of the gym, Saturia enjoys running, hiking, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband, family, and friends. Whether you're chasing your first pull-up, preparing for a competition, or simply looking to become healthier, she's excited to help you achieve your goals.

CHAD FAIRFIELD Owner/Head Coach

With over 18 years of experience in the weight room and 14 years training athletes, Chad has dedicated his life to helping others reach peak performance. After competing in a variety of sports growing up—including hockey and tennis in high school and rugby in college—Chad developed a deep understanding of athletic movement and training.

A Reeths-Puffer alum, Chad spent 8 years in Florida before returning to continue building his coaching career. Since starting CrossFit in 2018, he has logged over 10,000 hours on the floor, guiding athletes of all levels toward their goals. Even helping an athlete podium at the Adaptive CrossFit Games.

When not coaching, Chad loves to golf, enjoy the outdoors, and spend time with his energetic Border Collie, Ranger.
