Rebels Health & Fitness was established in 2025.
We provide functional fitness and nutrition coaching. Functional fitness is a training approach that focuses on building strength, stability, and mobility. It uses movements that mimic real life tasks and enhances the body's ability to perform everyday activities safely and efficiently. This style of training improves overall body coordination, balance, and flexibility, making it especially beneficial for people of all ages and abilities. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve performance, or someone seeking to move more comfortably in daily life- Rebels is the place for you!

From day one, coach Chad has been amazing- he explains every move clearly, offers modifications for all fitness levels, and somehow manages to coach, cheer, and crack jokes all at once. The workouts are challenging but fun, and the community vibe makes you want to keep showing up.

"After years of a sedentary life style too busy to worry about health I decided to start lifting weights in a traditional gym and train in karate. I quickly realized I struggled with a lack of cardio, flexibility and overall mobility. I also came to the conclusion that just lifting in a traditional gym can be repetitive, boring and time consuming. More of a routine rather than a real program to achieve an elite level of overall fitness. I started my journey into functional fitness at Rebel’s with Coach Chad and I was skeptical to say the least and more concerned about looking fit rather than actually being fit. Several months into this journey I am now completely in love with the process and progress. With the ability to physically and mentally grow at a pace that is comfortable for me I have been able to accomplish things I didn’t know I was capable of. Coach Chad takes time with each individual every single workout to teach the proper techniques of all compound movements to help prevent injury and promote effective progress. The team atmosphere and competitive encouragement from other members is just what I need to push myself and continue to set personal records consistently. At 49 years old I feel much better than I have in many years. I will continue to push myself along with all of the other Rebels that care about living a great life physically and mentally.
